To make a booking we need your address, mobile number and email address.

A deposit equivalent of the first nights accommodation is required within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival

RATES:

1-2 guests $220 per night (minimum 2 night stay)

3-4 guests $320 per night (minimum 2 night stay)

5-6 guests $420 per night (minimum 2 night stay)

If staying only 1 night there is a $100 surcharge

BOND:

A valid credit card is required to be held in case of additional cleaning costs if Mad on the Buckland is not left in a satisfactory condition

KEY ENTRY:

After final payment is made and in the week of arrival, we email to you the key entry details into the property.

Check in is 2 pm or by alternative arrangement with the owner

Check Out is at 10 am

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Outside 14 days prior to arrival a full refund will apply less a $20 admin fee

Inside 14 days the first nights accommodation will be forfeited

Pet Policy and agreement

The owners are pet lovers and therefore it may be possible for you to bring along your furry friends with you. Please discuss with the owners directly prior to booking.
